The present general conditions govern the sale of the products presented on the site www.familyorganizer.ma

Any order supposes the adhesion to the present general conditions of sale. The sales contract is subject to the Moroccan law.

 1. THE OFFER

Our offers of products, services and delivery methods, at prices indicated in Dirhams, are valid whatever the destination in the country.

Any order implies acceptance of prices and description of products available for sale. However, a slight difference may appear between the colors presented on the site www.familyorganizer.ma

 2. THE PRICES

Our prices are indicated in Dirhams and take into account the current T.V.A. Any change in the VAT rate could be reflected immediately in our prices.

These prices doesn’tinclude shipping whatever the destination in the country within the normal delivery period as indicated on the website at the time of the order.

 3. THE ORDER

The order can only be registered on the site if you have clearly identified yourself by completing the order form online.

Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive within the hour an automatic acknowledgment of receipt by email.

If you do not want to order online, you have the following control means:

 4. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER AND CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER

Family Organizer confirms your order by email immediately after receipt and registration of the latter online. You can also print your order summary.

Family Organizer archives the orders of its customers on computer support. Customers can access it upon written request from Family Organizer.

The contract is formed upon receipt of your order’s payment by Family Organizer.

 5. PAYMENT

• Cash: Payment is made in cash by cash on delivery.

 6. DELIVERY

Orders can be delivered at your home or at another address. Simply choose this option at no extra charge when entering your details and indicate the recipient's address.

 7. RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Any defective product must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, Family Organizer will proceed to its immediate replacement if its responsibility is proven, in this case, the cost of return to the customer will be compensated by sending additional products.

The right of withdrawal can not be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized.

 8. NOMINATIVE DATA

The collection of your personal data is necessary for us to take into account your request. By indicating your e-mail, you will receive a confirmation of your order, but also information about our promotional offers, as well as events via the Internet.

 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Family Organizer brand is registered and patented.

It is possible to create a link to the presentation page of this site without the express permission of Family Organizer. No authorization or request for advance information may be required by Family Organizer for a site that wishes to link to our site. However, this site should be displayed in a new browser window. It will not be in this case an implicit agreement of affiliation.

 10. INTEGRALITY

In the event that any of the clauses of the present contract would be null and void by a change of legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this can not in any way affect the validity and the respect of the present general conditions of sale.

 11. DURATION

These conditions apply throughout the duration of online Family Organizer products.

 12. LIABILITY

Family Organizer can not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage related to the use of the Internet such as a break in the service, the presence of computer viruses or external intrusions or more generally any case of force majeure by the courts.

 13. SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Otherwise, any legal action will be brought before the competent courts of Casablanca.

These conditions are subject to Moroccan law.
